The HIE Level Leadership Programme brings together company directors and senior managers in a unique setting within which they can share experiences and learn from each other.
It is a remarkable opportunity to meet and discuss business related issues or topics and to be supported by others.
A small group of individuals are selected to join each programme. Regular programme meetings are held over a 15 month period with the guidance of a programme Chair. A series of day and two day sessions include the presentation of business topics by experts and group interaction. In addition members have the opportunity for up to six one-to-one coaching sessions on specific matters arising with their own businesses.
